I’m Peta-Lea Brenda, a Reiki Master Teacher and Vision Holder for visionary women.
I’m a dreamer, the kind who genuinely believes there’s no dream out of reach when it’s aligned and you’re willing to meet it. I work with the woman who can feel her next chapter calling, who knows she’s made for more, but keeps getting pulled into self-doubt, hesitation, or overthinking the “how.” You might have the vision, the desire, the pull and yet something in you tightens when it’s time to move. That’s where I come in, to bring you closer to what you want by clearing what’s in the way, strengthening your self-trust, and helping you take the next aligned step until your dream starts to feel real in your life.

My work blends Reiki, energy healing, spiritual mentoring, manifestation, intuitive guidance and shamanic-informed practices, nervous system support, and grounded guidance to help you clear internal blocks, strengthen self-trust, and take aligned action towards your next level. This isn’t about pushing harder or forcing outcomes,it’s about coming home to yourself, creating safety in your body, and becoming the woman who can hold what she desires with steadiness, clarity, and devotion.
I guide you through every layer that creates your reality: your energy, your mindset, your identity, your nervous system, and the practical steps that bring your vision into form. We clear the internal noise and the patterns that keep you small. We soften the parts of you that feel unsafe to be seen, to be powerful, to take up space. We rebuild safety in your body so your decisions come from truth, not fear. And we create a grounded path forward that actually feels doable because your dream doesn’t need more pressure, it needs clarity, alignment, and consistent supported action.

My work is also deeply guided by cyclical wisdom, the Earth’s seasons and cycles, alongside a woman’s inner rhythm. You are not designed to be in constant output. You are cyclical by nature, and so is the work of expansion. There are seasons for shedding and release, seasons for rest and repair, seasons for planting new intentions, seasons for growth and momentum, and seasons for visibility and leadership. When you honour the season you’re in, you stop fighting yourself. You stop making it mean something is wrong with you. And you start moving in a way that is nourishing, sustainable, and real. I help you ground your dreams into your body and your daily life so your vision becomes something you can hold, not something that overwhelms you.

Reiki changed my life, and I’m deeply passionate about using it to support not only your personal healing and growth, but the evolution of your work too. I also offer Reiki for business entities, because your business carries energy and your work isn’t separate from you. It holds your beliefs, your nervous system patterns, your capacity to receive, your clarity, and your willingness to be seen. When the woman and the work are in alignment, decisions get clearer, confidence deepens, momentum returns, and the path forward opens. This support is especially powerful when your business feels heavy, stuck, scattered, or like it’s asking you to become someone bigger than you currently feel safe to be.

Through private mentorship, group containers, Reiki training, retreats, and healing sessions, I hold spaces where women feel safe, seen, and supported and leave with a clearer vision and the confidence to move. Every space I hold is an invitation to come home to yourself, to honour your timing, to trust your knowing, and to take the next right step with devotion and power.
I believe it is possible for you to have what you desire. Not as a someday dream, and not by
forcing your way there, but by becoming the woman who can hold it. The woman who trusts herself. The woman who feels safe enough to expand. The woman who knows her vision is valid even before there’s evidence.
