What is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality that works at the deepest level of your being. It does not just address what you are feeling on the surface, it goes to the root. To the energetic body, to the chakras, to the places where stress, grief, anxiety and stagnation live long after the moment that created them has passed. When your energy is blocked or out of balance you feel it. You feel heavy, disconnected, like you are pushing through mud. Like something is off but you cannot quite name what it is. Reiki clears that. It restores flow and harmony to every energy centre in your body. It calms the nervous system at a cellular level and it creates the kind of deep, bone-level stillness that most of us rarely allow ourselves to experience. Your Session You arrive, you lie down fully clothed on the treatment table. I place my hands gently on or above your body and channel Reiki energy to wherever it is needed most. That is it. There is nothing you need to do. Nothing you need to think about. Nothing you need to prepare. You simply receive. Most people drift into a deeply relaxed state somewhere between waking and sleeping, a place where the body knows how to heal itself when it is finally given permission to rest. Your 45 minute session is pure Reiki from beginning to end. How you may feel after your session Every person experiences Reiki differently. Some feel an immediate lightness, like something they have been carrying has simply been lifted. Some feel emotional, as energy that has been stored in the body begins to move and release.
